We will send an email to your email address with the delivery number. You can find it by using your delivery number.

Please see our return policy. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been artificially damaged.

4.How do you use coupon codes, you’re so
Lucky! To use a voucher code, add all your gorgeous goodies to your cart and start the checkout process. When you see the box for entering the code, click Apply. Remember, you can only enter one promo code for a given order from Real Pod. If you have already placed an order, you will not be able to use the coupon code.

5.If you receive a damaged or missing product, please see our return policy. Additionally, we do not accept returns of used man-made items.
You must contact E-mail:[email protected] within 15 business days of receiving the item to report any salvaged or missing items. You should also retain the original box and packaging materials in case you have a claim with the carrier. In some cases, you may need your help in determining why this happened. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

6.What happens if an item is backordered
