Refund and Returns Policy

savvyshopperhubs All returned/exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and all original tags must be attached to the original packaging. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred and no refunds will be issued. You may exchange or refund when stock is limited.

Return/Exchange Process
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept returns that are returned directly without prior notice.

  • Step 1:Contact our customer service at E-mail:[email protected] for a return authorisation and return address.
  • Step 2:Upon receipt of the exchange/return request email, customer service will respond to you via email with exchange/return instructions. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
  • Step 3:Receive a refund or process your exchange order within 1 week of receiving your package. You will be notified by email when the refund or exchange has been processed. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. For reference only:If the original payment method was a credit card, bank refund processing will take more time (may take up to 12 weeks depending on the company).
